We take a deposit which is the equivalent to one months rent + £100.

We are a qualified and regulated member of the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) and are proud to be part of the Property Ombudsman redress scheme.

We are part of the government DPS (Deposit protection Scheme) and hold a client money Account.

Our Fees are inclusive of VAT and are as follows.

£150 per person application fee. This is an administration fee and covers all credit checking and referencing.

£150 per guarantor if required. This is an administration fee and covers all credit checking and referencing.

£60 check out fee per property not per person.

£30 renewal of Tenancy Fee. This applies at the end of each contractual period and is to cover administration costs. This is per property not per tenant.
